Our bridal pins are special handmade creations that are original Hope is Hip designs. Our wedding pins are not machine-made, reasonable variations are to be expected and contribute to the uniqueness and hand finished quality of each piece. We use only "double" jump rings to attach our charms. That ensures you will never lose them with normal wear.
Our pins are a lovely gift for the bride on her wedding day, something she will treasure forever! Each little charm represents part of the traditional poem: something old something new something borrowed something blue. It can be attached inside the brides wedding dress, her bridal bag, or on her bouquet ribbon to bring her luck. Our pins are presented in a lovely quality gift box with a 'something old, something blue' mini card inside to explain the gift; a sweet gift for the bride to be.

The "daughter" charm can be switched to "Beloved Niece", "Beloved Granddaughter", "Best Friend", "Aunt", "Mother". You'll have an opportunity to select during the checkout. We will also change the relationship on the box insert (where the wedding poem is written) to reflect your change.

Silver Pin:
Something Old: A genuine lucky sixpence coin. Each coin will be dated from the mid 1950s to the mid 1960s. Most brides slide the sixpence in her shoe. There will be no need for any adhesive, and they are thin enough to still be comfortable to wear for hours.
Something New: The pin and wedding charms themselves.
Something Borrowed: I'm going to send a surprise in each box to fulfill this portion. You won't need to return it to me.
Something Blue: The blue Swarovski crystal (8mm).
