Disappointed....I understood about the shipping taking longer and was patient. It finally arrived and was excited to see my granddaughters gift. When I opened the box it was not what I ordered . Instead of the heart it was a circle which would have been doable, but instead of saying Granddaughter it said daughter, and it clearly states that on my order for "heart" writing ....I am so disappointed, every year I get a special gift for my granddaughter from her grandma. Instead of returning it I will give it to my daughter to give to her. This shop needs to pay closer attention to detail, especially when the product depends on it.

I ordered 3 of these for my 3 granddaughters. I love how pretty they are they are perfect for my granddaughters. I was taken back by how dark the stone for October was but was offered a different style to get the lighter stone but the more I see it the more I love the rose quartz. Seems to be great quality!
